Update on 11/16/2022: Phone systems are restored and service is back to normal.


Update on 11/09/2022 as of 5:30 PM: All city phone lines are still experiencing audio issues. Windstream, our phone service, has informed us that this complication is a regional problem affecting the Southeast Michigan area. They are continuing to work through this matter. 

Attention Berkley Community: All city phone lines are experiencing audio issues. Our technical team is working on this issue with the phone company. Please note: 9-1-1 is UNAFFECTED
