WATER MAIN BREAK ALERT: At the Intersection of Cornwall and Morrison

UPDATE: The water main break has been repaired and service is back to normal.

We have been informed by our Public Works (DPW) that there is a water main break at the intersection of Cornwall St. and Morrison Ave. DPW staff are on-site working on repairs now.  

DPW anticipates residents on Cornwall St. (and part of Kenmore Rd) from Webster Rd. to 12 Mile Rd will have service disruptions. Typical repair times are around 3 - 5 hours once the work has begun. There is no boil advisory.

Residents in the surrounding area may experience discolored water during and for several hours after the repair has been completed.
