Berkley American Legion: SANTA'S HELPERS WANTED
The average cost is between $50.00 and $60.00 depending on where you shop. If this exceeds your budget, join with one or two other members.
The Legion plans to have 25 to 30 baskets, depending on membership participation. Each basket will have ham, turkey, fresh fruits, vegetables, and bread.
The Post Treasury will pay for these additional items with the hope that The SAL will be purchasing the hams and turkeys. Berkley Schools will be donating funds that will allow them to buy a $50.00 Meijer gift certificate for each basket.
Please have your baskets/boxes ready and deliver them to the Post on Sunday, 12/19/21 between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, or Monday, 12/20/21 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you can’t make either of these dates and times, please call Tom Bustance at 248-462-4229. Basket delivery will take place on December 21st and 22nd.

- 4 cans French-style Green Beans
- 2 cans Mushroom Soup
- 1 container of Crispy Fried Onions
- 2 bags or boxes of Stuffing
- 1 large can or container of Chicken Broth
- 2 jars or cans of Turkey Gravy
- 2 cans of Sweet Potatoes
- 1 bag of Miniature Marshmallows
- 2 cans of Corn
- 2 cans of Fruit
- 2 cans of Cranberries
- 1 jar of Pickles
- 1 can or jar of Olives
- 2 boxes of Jello Gelatin or Pudding Mix
- 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 2 boxes of Cake mix
- 1 bag of Candy
- 1 box of Christmas Cookies
