Water Main Break Alert: On Bacon Ave between Beverly Blvd & Wiltshire Rd

UPDATE: The water main break has been repaired and service is back to normal as of 5:00 AM on 5/22/2021. 

Due to the nature of the break, there were four repairs that needed servicing. With this, DPW has left a hydrant running to help clear any cloudy water and will be preforming some additional cleanup work prior to school time on Monday. 

Public Works (DPW) staff is currently repairing a water main break on Bacon Ave between Beverly Blvd & Wiltshire Rd (see map below).

We do not have an estimated time for the repair due to the nature of the break at this location. DPW is working to make the needed repairs to prevent the need for Boil Water Advisories. We will send out additional communications in the event that this does change. At this time, there is no boil advisory. 

Residents in and around the surrounding areas will have water services disrupted during the repair.
