Water Bill Error Notice
Our Treasury Department would like to inform residents that our banking institution changed their on-line banking platform and we are having trouble getting our ACH file to post properly.
It should be corrected soon and resident/community member accounts will see two deposits (in error) and three withdrawals so the net effect of a single payment to your water account is accomplished. There will be no penalty or missed payment that affects your water account with us. If you have an opportunity to confirm with the Treasury Department that your account has the two deposits and three withdrawals, that would be greatly appreciated and in the future, this should not be an issue.
