Thomas E. Biehl,
P.E. represents Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.
(HRC) as Principal-in-Charge of general engineering
services for a number of communities in Southeast
Michigan. Mr. Biehl oversees all aspects of municipal
infrastructure improvements, from planning and
design to construction administration. Mr. Biehl
has over 26 years of professional experience and
holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering
from Michigan State University. He is a licensed
Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan
and in the State of Ohio.
