The City of Berkley and Oakland County Community and Home Improvement Division are partnering to offer loans up to $18,000 for qualifying residents. Eligibility depends on household size and income

Loan options include:

• an installment loan with 3 percent interest
• a deferred loan with 0 percent interest
• or a combination of the two
