Garage Sales & Block Sales
Whether you call it a garage sale, yard sale or estate sale be sure to get your permit before the sale.
Permits are available at:
City Clerk's Office
City Hall
M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Garage Sale Facts:
- no charge for the permit
- limit of 2 sales per year, 3 consecutive days each
- no signs are allowed on city property
- garage sale signs are only allowed on your property
Block Sale Facts:
In addition to the above, the person organizing the sale needs to provide:
- a list of participants (names & addresses)
- dates of the sale
Forms:
For faster service complete the permit forms on line and bring to the City Clerk's office for approval! Permits are not valid until signed by the Clerk's office.
