M-34-09	Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Stephen Auger & Associates Architects, Inc. to provide a Feasibility Study for the Historic City Hall for a fee of $5,355.
M-35-09	Approving the application by the Sierra Club Foundation Southeast Michigan Chapter to have a Green Cruise Bike Woodward event on Saturday, August 8, 2009 starting at 7:30 a.m..
M-36-09	Approving Special Use Approval to The Panini Press 28983 Woodward to establish an outdoor cafe on private property in fron of the building with in the Woodward District with the condition that a trash recepticle be located outside.
