Berkley Hometown Holidays
Come shop, dine and play in downtown Berkley!
Saturday, December 3, 2016
The Berkley Downtown Development Authority invites the region to gather for our annual Hometown Holidays on Dec. 3 from 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm on the streets of Downtown Berkley. Enjoy vintage trolley rides, carolers, a petting zoo, treats, and deals from the unique restaurants and shops downtown leading up to the Hometown Holidays Lights Parade (5:30 pm). After the parade, gather to enjoy the tree lighting, visit with Santa, drink some hot cocoa, and get in the spirit while riding in a horse drawn carriage.
The Holiday Lights Parade begins at 5:30 PM. Please be advised that the following roads will be closed to vehicle traffic from 5 PM - 7:30 PM:
- 12 Mile from Greenfield to Coolidge
- Coolidge from 12 Mile to Wiltshire
- Rosemont from Coolidge to Berkley
- Cummings & Bacon from 12 Mile to Wiltshire
Motorists should use alternate routes until the roads are reopened after the parade. Don't forget!
